Opportunities and grants
The Documentary Film Association will soon be accepting applications for travel grants to attend industry platforms. Only DOCA Georgia members are eligible to apply. The grants are designed for filmmakers who are invited to attend international industry platforms with a project or completed film.
The calls for application for the travels grants runs on a rolling basis until the end of March, 2024 on the first come, first served bases. A total of 4,000 Euros is allocated for the program.

Technical information on travel grants
Travel grants are available with the support of various partners and donors of the Documentary Film Association.
Travel grants will be issued by the Documentary Film Association until the funds provided for this purpose are exhausted.
Please note that in case of receiving a grant, the amount will be credited in the national currency.
The travel grantee is accountable to the Documentary Film Association. The grantee is obliged to keep and submit to the Documentary Film Association a document confirming participation in the event, a boarding pass (in case of traveling by plane) and/or a document confirming residence in the hotel (name).
