Anna Khazaradze

Anna Khazaradze is a Georgian filmmaker with a bachelor's degree in Film and Television from the London College of Communication (UAL). Anna started her carrier by producing Sundance-winning director William Oldroyd's film In Mid Wickedness, shot entirely in Georgia. After returning to Tbilisi, Anna co-founded a film production and service company - 1991 Productions. Anna develops and finances projects through the European co-production scheme and services international productions shooting in Georgia. She produced and co-directed feature documentary Glory to the Queen (2020 Georgia, Austria, Serbia) supported by Eurimages. The company's new film Smiling Georgia (Georgia, Germany) will premiere in 2023. Anna is currently developing feature fiction Tear Gas (Georgia, France), historical miniseries Nino & Iliko, producing a feature documentary, 9-Month Contract (Georgia, Bulgaria, Germany), and developing her documentary film Berliner (Georgia, Germany).
