
Tamar Nadiradze
Organisational Development Manager
Tamar Nadiradze is a fundraising, project management and organisational development specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting civil society organisations in Georgia. She currently serves as an Organizational Development Manager at DOCA, where she leads donor engagement, proposal development, and long-term capacity-building strategies.
Before joining DOCA, Tamar worked at Sapari (a women’s rights organisation), as a fundraiser and at the Coalition for Independent Living (a disability rights organisation) as Programs Director, providing strategic leadership across fundraising, project management, and national disability policy initiatives.
She holds master degrees in Development Studies from Lund University and Social Policy from the University of Leeds, and is a recipient of both the Chevening and Swedish Institute scholarships. Tamar’s work focuses on strengthening organisational resilience, advancing equality, and ensuring sustainable, mission-driven growth for civil society actors.
