Ketevan Kipiani holds one Bachelor (2003-2007) and two Master degrees in sociology from Ilia State University, Tbilisi (2009-2011) and Cultural Studies from Jagellonian University of Krakow (2015-2017). Ketevan started her professional career as a researcher and switched to the field of cinema in 2012 when she joined the team at Sakdoc Film, a documentary film production company based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Since then, Ketevan has been working as a project coordinator, assistant director and producer. She has a few years of experience in managing and curating educational projects in the field of film. From time to time she writes film reviews for cultural magazines. In 2019 Ketevan received scholarship from CrossCulture Programme and became a fellow at Babelsberg Film School. Currently, she is producing a full length documentary film which is on the production stage.
